Shipping policy

Once you choose the product you want to purchase, and before completing the sale, we will inform you of the shipping costs of your order, based on the data you provide to us.

IOTECNIA SL ships its products only within mainland Spain; therefore, the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are excluded from shipping.
To ship your order, we use the courier companies GLS-ASM or Ramoneda, which will send you a tracking link to the email address you provided once your order has been received, so you can track it and know at all times where your order is. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the transport agency will leave a notice with instructions on how to proceed from that moment, allowing you to change the delivery address or time. You may contact the corresponding transport agency to arrange a second delivery or collect it yourself. Normally, the courier will try to contact you to deliver it to an alternative address or to the nearest parcel shop. If this is not possible, the order will remain available at the destination agency, which will seek a solution. If no solution is found within 10 business days from the first delivery attempt, the package will be returned to its origin.
