You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to return it, without needing to provide any explanation. We only ask that the product is in perfect condition, just as you received it.
Important: Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made products (unless they have a manufacturing defect).

We refund your money
Once we receive the product and verify that everything is correct, we will refund the amount paid (including standard shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 days. We will use the same payment method used for your purchase.
