Do you have a Youin product? If you bought it on our website weareyouin.com and you want to return it, read the return terms and conditions you need to meet:
  • We can only arrange returns through our website if you bought the product on our website. If you bought it from another store, please contact that store.
  • You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
  • The product must be new (without scratches, deterioration of the external box or signs of use or misuse of the product).
  • The product you want to return cannot appear in any Youin repair log books.
  • You must return the product to Youin in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  • If your product is damaged during delivery, let us know within 24 hours of receiving your product.
  • If our technicians check the product and find that it does not meet the return conditions, we will notify you and a repair report will be arranged. You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted products.

In order to make a repair request, you must meet these conditions:
  • Your Youin products have a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • If our technicians verify that your product has a fault that is covered under warranty, it will be repaired and returned to the same collection address. Before sending it to the workshop, we will try to solve the problem via remote assistance. If it cannot be fixed remotely, we will collect your product and take it to our workshop. We try to help you remotely so that you don’t have to be without your product for a few days, as there are problems that can be easily solved by following our instructions.
  • If our technicians verify that the product is out of warranty or the fault has been caused by misuse (puncture, breakage, maintenance, etc.), we will prepare a repair estimate.
  • If a product has more than one fault, one of which is covered under warranty and the other not, we will prepare a repair estimate for the fault that is not covered under warranty. If you accept the estimate, Youin will cover the costs of collecting and delivering the product.
  • If you do not agree with the estimate and want us to send your product home, you will be responsible for payment of the delivery costs.

Warranty Exclusions

Should the product fail to meet any of the conditions outlined in the "Warranty Exclusions" document, it will forfeit its warranty.
