FAQ about electric scooters

If you have any questions, send us an email to hi@weareyouin.com and for repairs and breakdowns to taller@weareyouin.com. We will get back to you shortly.
If you come across any technical problems with your product, take it back to the place where you bought it.
Before driving the scooter, check the local legislation of your region to find out what limitations there are and how you have to drive. Always respect the laws when you drive.
We work in the Spanish territory, except the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
The first charge should take about 6 hours. After that, charging can take between 3 and 6 hours, depending on the model.
  • S scooter: does not include a battery indicator. When the battery is low, the scooter will make a sound. You will then need to charge the battery to avoid damaging it and affecting its use.
  • M/L/XL/2XL scooters: these scooters have an LCD screen where you can always check the remaining battery time.
Even if you won't be using the scooter for a while, try to charge the battery at least once a month. If the battery is not used for a long time, its performance may be affected.
When the charging indicator is red, this means that it is charging. When the indicator is green, the battery is fully charged. Also, it will automatically stop charging once it gets to 100% to protect the scooter.
The best way to clean the scooter is by using a damp cloth and then a dry one. Never use high-pressure water spray or other corrosive substances like alcohol.
Any modifications to the products must be carried out by an authorised technical service provider so as not to void the warranty.
  • S/M/L scooters: these scooters use non-inflatable wear-resistant tyres, so you don't need to inflate the wheels.
  • XL and 2XL scooters: you can easily inflate the wheels using a tyre pump.
It is recommended that a specialised technician carry out any adjustments so as not to void the warranty.
To turn the scooter on or off, press and hold the power button on the LCD screen for 3–5 seconds.
All of our scooters, except for the S and 2XL models, have 3 driving modes: ECO, Standard and Sport. Each mode allows you to go at a different maximum speed and consumes more or less battery. The 2XL model has 5 driving modes. The S model does not have driving modes as it is for children. It just has an accelerator and a brake.
You can easily fold and unfold the scooter from the bottom of the handlebar.
  • S scooter: brake by putting your foot on the rear wheel brake or by releasing the acceleration button on the bottom.
  • M scooter: this scooter has an electronic brake. The lever is just like the accelerator, but it allows you to brake electronically, without a disc or brake pad.
  • L/XL scooter: stop accelerating to slow down smoothly. You can also use the brake lever until it comes to a complete stop. The XL brakes with the front wheel, while the L brakes with the rear wheel.
  • 2XL scooter: this scooter has disc brakes on both wheels, so you can brake with either of the two handlebar brakes.

You can fold the ebike along the three folding hinges it has: the frame, handlebars and even the pedals!
